Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the growth of our finance transformation services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance and finance domains, with a proven track record in transformation projects and leadership experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage or support engagements with clients and provide high-quality consulting services.
  • Understand service offerings and actively support identifying opportunities to better serve clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Assist on business development opportunities and support proposal development efforts.
  • Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.

Practice and People Development Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead diverse teams with varying skillsets.
  • Adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs.
  • Contribute to expanding our brand in the market.
  • Engage in business development activities including presentations and proposals.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in IFRS17 & Solvency II.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in management and leadership roles in insurance or finance transformation projects.
  • Understanding of finance processes and technologies.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years in delivering insurance services or finance transformation programs.
  • An accounting qualification would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of insurance trends and implications on the financial services industry.
  • Strong communications skills with experience managing strategy material.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise, and develop others.
