The successful candidate will join the management team and support the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
This hands-on role involves daily duty management shifts to assist the Hotel Manager in ensuring the hotel operates professionally and effectively.
The role ensures each department adheres to the hotel's operating standards, as laid down by the management and international five-star resort property guidelines.
To assist in ensuring business plans, budgets, and sales & marketing plans are being followed by each department during shifts, in order to achieve budget profits for the year.
Maximising revenue through effective management and support of the hotel's operations during shifts is also crucial.
A collaborative team role with all management and department heads of the hotel is necessary for the effective smooth running of the Hotel at all times.
Key Responsibilities- To work as part of the management team, working shifts including early and late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- An in-depth understanding of 5 service standards and Company policies & procedures is essential to ensure SOPs are adhered to daily.
- Daily activities within the hotel must be overseen.
- All customers must receive excellent customer service and care, and any complaints must be dealt with promptly, effectively, and efficiently.
- Closely working with Departmental Managers and providing support in the operation of the hotel is vital.
