Job Overview

We are seeking an organised and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage and deliver Occupational Therapy (OT) services within Lotus Care.
  • Lead the development of the OT service and key standards of practice.
  • Maintain and track KPIs, develop professional standards based on evidence-based practice.
  • Create and maintain an ethics-based OT service delivery.
  • Maximize service owners' active involvement in their care pathway.
  • Review OT caseload management, stay updated on new developments and skills.
Requirements:
  • 3rd level qualification and registration with CORU as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum two year full time post qualification clinical experience.
  • Full clean driving license and access to a car.
  • Previous health service experience, ideally in the ID sector.
  • Garda Vetting/Police Clearance.
