The role of a Young Adults Mental Health Support Specialist is crucial in enabling young adults to participate fully in society. Occupational therapists play a vital part in this process, using deprivation-sensitive approaches to support occupational planning, re-engagement, and recovery.

This opportunity is available for either a 0.8 WTE Senior or Full-Time Staff Grade OT position, covering the Laois/Offaly catchment areas. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver meaningful, client-centred occupational therapy interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least one year of experience in mental health or CAMHS. You should also possess strong skills in engagement, functional assessment, and intervention planning.
