- Provide direct support to young people in residential care settings.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a relevant qualification in social care (minimum level 7).
- Prior experience in a similar setting is highly desirable.
- Minimum 6 months of working in the social care sector (placement experience considered).
- A valid full driver's license is preferred.
- Familiarity with HIQA standards is essential.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
