We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Specialist to join our team in Laois.

The chosen candidate will provide direct services to young people in need, following established policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7) is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar setting is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered) is essential.
  • A full Clean Driver's License is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIQA standards is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work across all shifts – days, nights, evenings, weekends – is required.
