Mortgage Loan Specialist

At a top-ranked financial institution, we are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Specialist to play a pivotal role in our mortgage lending team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants and gather necessary information for mortgage applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in individual loan transactions from application to closure.
• Counsel and pre-qualify potential homebuyers, process applications, and obtain required supporting documentation.
• Oversee the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensuring compliance with terms.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1-3 years of residential real estate experience.
• NMLS license is mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints.
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in a Windows environment.
• Physical presence at the institution is required to perform job duties.
