Commercial Credit Solutions SpecialistThis role offers a unique opportunity to join our team and take on the challenge of managing commercial credit solutions. As a key member of our financial services organisation, you will play a crucial part in helping clients overcome financial difficulties and achieving successful outcomes.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial debt management, restructuring or workout, with a strong background in negotiation and relationship management. They will be able to analyse company profit & loss statements and balance sheets, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are also essential for this role.We are looking for someone who can demonstrate initiative and confidence in their work, with excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team is also vital for success in this position.Responsibilities include reviewing case strategies, ensuring credit recommendations are in line with regulatory codes, and overseeing the management of a portfolio of customers across various sectors. This will involve meeting and negotiating with borrowers, providing support to the wider team, and submitting weekly progress reports.Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Financial Advisor
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • 5 years minimum experience in commercial debt management, restructuring or workout
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Commercial Relationship management experience essential
  • Ability to analyse company profit & loss statements and balance sheet
  • Confidence to assume responsibility and initiative
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, dashboards, data manipulation)
  • Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint skills (presentation of financial results to clients / board of directors)
