As a Senior Credit Solutions Professional, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing case strategies and ensuring credit recommendations align with regulatory frameworks to support businesses in financial distress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming correspondence and attend project meetings for reviews and other matters.
  • Negotiate with clients in relation to debt settlement arrangements.
  • Provide support to the wider team as required.
  • Perform credit analysis, decision making, credit submissions, and implementation.
  • Proactively manage customers in line with agreed exit strategies at account level, including litigation.

Additionally, you will work closely with other members of the risk management team and submit regular progress reports while ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements
  • Hold a qualified financial advisor certification and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Have 5 years minimum experience in commercial debt management, restructuring or workout.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills, commercial relationship management experience, and the ability to analyze company financial statements.
  • Show confidence in assuming responsibility and initiative, excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, and have up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
