Data and Analytics Initiative Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to support the delivery of innovative data and analytics initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that directly improve services and outcomes in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage workflows, and help ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies for project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine priorities and requirements.
- Support the design and documentation of data and analytics solutions.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve delivery issues.
- Use insights and feedback to continuously improve delivery processes.
- 5+ years' experience in an agile delivery or business analysis role.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
- Familiarity with data-focused or technology-led projects.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
