In this exciting role as Employee Experience Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and alignment with our company vision and values.
As a key member of our People and Office team, you will work closely with leadership to develop and execute internal communications plans that foster energy, excitement, and momentum across the organization. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to support our strategic objectives and cultural initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in internal communications or Employee Experience, with exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. They will be able to create clear and compelling messages, as well as partner with different departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all internal communications.
