Children Residential Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to manage a residential service for children, ensuring a safe and caring environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the home according to its Statement of Purpose and relevant legislation. This includes:
- Maintaining a safe and supportive living environment that promotes the well-being of children.
- Delivering reports and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A qualification in Social Care or equivalent at QQI Level 7.
- At least 3 years' experience working in children's residential care, including 2 years at team leader level.
- Flexibility to work shifts if required.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Residential Childcare legislation and Safeguarding.
- Experience of multi-disciplinary working with professionals.
- A full driving licence and business insurance.
