Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Construction Project Lead for our latest residential development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial planning to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage site teams, including subcontractors, trades, and direct labor.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with Irish construction regulations.
  • Resolve any technical or operational challenges that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in large-scale residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of Irish construction standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
