Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to oversee our technology strategy and delivery, working closely with the CTO and executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to shape our future technology direction and step into a clearly defined pathway to CTO.

This role offers the chance to own development strategy, roadmap, and execution across mission-critical systems. You will lead and grow a lean but high-impact engineering team delivering at scale. Additionally, you will drive adoption of modern engineering practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-native).

You will partner with investment leaders and the C-suite to ensure technology directly enables business growth and operational efficiency. Your strategic decisions will have measurable impact on profitability, scalability, and client value.
