Job Title: Enterprise Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced data architect who will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing the organization's data architecture and analytics framework.

About the Role:

This position will ensure that data systems are structured efficiently to support business objectives, enhance decision-making capabilities, and improve the overall customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture Design:
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize data architecture and models that support organizational objectives, ensuring scalability and performance.
    • Design effective data flows and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into a unified data environment.
  • Data Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and management of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Monitor data storage systems and database performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Perform complex data analysis and reporting to support business initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure data architecture aligns with business needs and technology requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify data needs and ensure effective communication regarding data strategy and governance.
  • Technology and Tools:
    • Stay informed about the latest technologies and best practices in data architecture and analytics, recommending improvements and innovations accordingly.
    • Evaluate and implement data management and analytics tools that enhance the organization's data capabilities.
  • Documentation and Standards:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, models, policies, and procedures to provide clarity and guide best practices.
    • Develop and enforce data management standards and best practices for data usage across the organization.
