Master Data Management Architect

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) professional to lead the strategic evolution of our Oracle Fusion Platform applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the architectural vision and roadmap for Customer Data Management (CDM) and Product Data Hub (PDH) within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion CDM and PDH systems, as well as proven experience implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion MDM solutions.

Strong understanding of data architecture principles, MDM best practices, and data governance frameworks is essential. Additionally, proficiency in working with enterprise systems and cross-functional teams is required.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met, act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CDM and PDH systems, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Design
  • Develop and execute the architectural vision and roadmap for Customer Data Management (CDM) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance with data governance standards.
System Optimization and Integration
  • Lead the evolution of CDM and PDH by identifying enhancements, integrations, and performance improvements.
  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle OIC to streamline data workflows across systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CDM and PDH systems during internal discussions and vendor engagements.
Data Governance and Best Practices
  • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data consistency, quality, and security.
  • Promote and implement best practices in MDM architecture and system integration.
Troubleshooting and Support
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to CDM and PDH.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and support teams.
