Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Architect. In this position, you will play a crucial part in shaping our data ecosystem by designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise data architectures that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data strategy, governance, and compliance, particularly in regulated environments. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data architectures that support business goals
  • Design and oversee the implementation of data lakes, warehouses, and modern data stacks using tools like Databricks
  • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, with a focus on GDPR compliance, data privacy, and security best practices
  • Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify data needs and drive adoption of data solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture and/or data engineering roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Power BI for data processing, analytics, and visualization
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including data storage, processing, and security features
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance standards, and security best practices
