Key Roles and Responsibilities

Design and create detailed technical production drawings from design concepts, ready for interpretation by workshop, installation and purchasing teams.

Utilise high-end software packages such as Cabinet Vision and ArtiCAD to prepare projects for CNC nesting.

Oversee projects throughout all manufacturing stages, ensuring accuracy and quality at every level.

Continuously seek improvements in practices, processes and industry standards.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a CAD Technician or Draughtsperson within cabinetry, joinery or furniture manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry design principles, materials and industry-standard CAD workflows.
  • Proficiency in Cabinet Vision (essential) and ArtiCAD with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with operating CNC machinery and preparation for nesting.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high standards of workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
  • A professional, reliable and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
