Senior Finance Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a Senior Finance Operations Specialist capacity.


About the Role
  • This position involves overseeing and managing the end-to-end billing process for our PartnerEdge program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program regulations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the billing and e-commerce processes of our online store, The partner benefits catalogue. Invoicing, credit card payments, development funds utilization.
  • Responsibilities also include supporting our quarterly royalty payment calculation processes BPO, to ensure timely and accurate distribution of data and invoicing.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and partners is essential in maintaining effective financial operations, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-end billing process management for PartnerEdge program, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Supporting billing and e-commerce processes of online store, including invoicing and credit card payments.
  3. Assisting in quarterly royalty payment calculation processes BPO, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of data and invoicing.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams and partners to maintain effective financial operations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  5. Developing and implementing finance processes and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
  6. Preparing and analysing financial reports related to billing, revenue recognition, and financial forecasting.
  7. Conducting regular training and support for team members and stakeholders on finance processes.
  8. Ensuring timely reconciliations and assisting in audits to verify the integrity of financial data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or O2C management, preferably with experience in multinational partner programs.
  • Proven experience in managing billing processes and large-scale financial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, experience with SAP FI/CO accounting & reporting modules a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
