Are you a skilled Machine Learning Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions?

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven background in delivering enterprise-level AI/ML solutions to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, integrating, and developing open-source AI/ML systems and functionality to improve the overall development and operations of both Red Hat's downstream AI products and upstream open-source AI projects.

  • You will design and train ML models using established frameworks and architectures.
  • You will assist with building and integrating model serving solutions to accommodate a variety of model architectures and accelerators.
  • You will partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Management to identify and incorporate customer needs and goals.

This is a hybrid position that requires regular participation in design reviews, contribution to the productization of major features, and support for bug fixes.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience in ML and AI, or other deep learning-related independent project work with evidence of completion.
  • Experience with data ingestion or processing tools and frameworks, such as Docling, Spark, Pandas, Feast, Airflow, NumPy.
  • Knowledgeable in various synthetic data generation approaches, such as GANs, VAEs, or rule-based systems.
  • Experience writing unit tests for ML models and associated components.
