We are partnering with a leading real estate investment firm to find a seasoned professional for an asset portfolio manager role. This position will focus on the origination of new deals and provides an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Source and assess real estate credit opportunities through market analysis, relationship building, and rigorous financial evaluation.
  • Oversee existing portfolio performance by monitoring investments, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Develop and present clear, insightful reports to senior stakeholders and support decision-making for the investment committee.
  • Coordinate the entire transaction process, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues while fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and growth.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in investment analysis, specialized credit, or corporate finance.
  • A strong academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, engineering, mathematics, or economics.
  • Financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Professional qualifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CAIA) are desirable.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset, geared toward learning and collaboration.
