About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of commercial assets in Dublin. This includes managing service charge budgets, preparing financial data for quarterly client reporting, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and review service charge budgets.
  • Prepare financial data for quarterly client reporting.
  • Work closely with the building management team, accountancy team, and clients to achieve goals.
  • Maintain efficient property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction and addressing issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections with the building manager.
