About the Role:
As a Social Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily care and support to individuals with complex needs
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve goals and objectives
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user information and progress
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for service users and staff
Requirements:
* Qualification: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or related discipline
* Registration with CORU (required)
* Full Irish Driver's Licence (or in process of obtaining)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
