In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, using creative problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
