Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bioprocessing Professional to lead and support a team of scientists in a biotechnology manufacturing environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving process improvements, and mentoring team members to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor team members to meet training and development goals.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and accurate documentation.
  • Complete required training and ensure tasks are performed in full compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and finalize key manufacturing documents, such as CAPAs, change controls, and batch records, efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform manufacturing tasks across various processes while adhering to GMP standards.
  • Identify and report issues or risks, and guide others in resolving them effectively.
  • Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, and workflow efficiency.
  • Work in cleanroom environments to maintain sterile conditions and low contamination levels.
  • Conduct routine monitoring and cleaning of facilities, materials, and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing, ideally in biopharmaceuticals or gene therapy.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Excellent skills in documentation and compliance.
