We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team and drive growth through effective commercial relationship management.

In this critical role, you will oversee a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met, and maximising revenue uplift.

You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to identify potential risks and opportunities for upselling AccountsIQ products and services.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, identifying opportunities for expanding their use of AccountsIQ's products and services, and providing regular reporting on customer status, risks, and opportunities.

A successful candidate will have experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry, and a proven track record of managing complex accounts and multiple stakeholders.

Additionally, you will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
