Wastewater Process Optimization Specialist

Job Overview:

We seek an expert in wastewater treatment to oversee and enhance processes across all stages of the treatment system.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and optimization of wastewater treatment processes, including water, sludge, and thermal streams.
  • Leadership of a team of sampling and odour technicians.
  • Conducting process improvement projects and analyzing operational data to enhance performance.
  • Preparing reports, presenting findings, and engaging with stakeholders, contractors, and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification (MSc or PhD) in chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and process optimization.
  • Relevant industrial experience, preferably with process safety.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to other locations in Ireland and the UK.
