Principal Heart Valves Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned heart valve implant engineer to lead the development of next-generation aortic valve replacement devices. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to conceptualize, design, and evaluate prototype heart valves for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop innovative heart valve prototypes using advanced materials and manufacturing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and meet clinical user requirements.
- Leverage expertise in SolidWorks modeling and engineering drawings to create detailed designs.
- Develop and implement effective bench test methods to evaluate valve performance.
- Maintain accurate records of design iterations, evaluations, and test results.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical device R&D, preferably in stent design and polymer processing.
- Proven expertise in SolidWorks modeling, FEA/CFD analysis, and regulatory compliance (ISO 5840, ISO 13485, FDA).
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage graduate engineers, technicians, and FEA engineers.
