Job Title: Corporate Services Manager

This senior position is responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality professional services to clients.

The successful candidate will be an experienced finance professional with strong technical accounting skills, including tax, financial reporting, and financial statements.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably in the structured finance industry or corporate services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of junior and senior associates to deliver high-quality professional services to clients.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the ownership and management of ongoing client company service requirements, including preparation and review of management accounts, financial statements, and tax compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to strict filing deadlines for regulatory reporting, tax reporting, quarterly and annual management accounts, and year-end financial statements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years PQE in a similar finance role.
  • Skills: Strong technical accounting skills, including tax, financial reporting, and financial statements.
  • Educational Background: Partly qualified accountant but working towards fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
