Job Opportunity:

The role of a Financial Leadership Specialist is open for applications. In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality financial services to clients.

About the Role:
  • You will lead a team of professionals in planning and completing tasks to meet client engagement requirements, including adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage staff by providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure their growth and development.
  • Resource your team effectively to ensure client needs are met.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and methods to enhance team efficiency.
  • Work with various clients, such as those related to SPVs, FVCs, aircraft leasing, railcars, barges, CLOs, retention vehicles, partnerships, property holding companies, and CPOs.
  • Prepare and review regulatory reporting filing, tax reporting filing, quarterly and annual management accounts, and year-end financial statements.
  • E nsure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met for assigned clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial reporting and regulatory changes.
  • Lead team projects for the Structured Finance business unit and monitor progress.
  • FOLLOW THE COMPANY CODE OF CONDUCT AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
  • Complete year-end audits and other client requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to develop effective solutions.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Ensure professional standards are met by adhering to internal procedures and proposing improvements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc and project requirements as needed by the Director.
  • Escalate issues to the Director as they arise.
  • Prepare/Review board meeting packs and present at board meetings.
  • Contribute to team responsibilities and work collaboratively with junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
