Job Opportunity:
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Social Care Professional to support residents in remaining active in their social, religious, and recreational activities.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will hold a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules.
- Experience working in a residential, respite or day service setting with people with intellectual disabilities is essential.
- CORU Registration as a Social Care Worker is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Social Care Worker, your primary role will be to provide person-centred care to our residents, supporting them to maintain connections with their family and friends.
