Role Overview

The Group Marketing Manager position is a strategic role that involves leading marketing collaboration and communication between hotel clients and the Group Marketing Team.

This individual will be responsible for developing effective, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with client commercial goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for clients, representing their interests and providing recommendations to inform work prioritization.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales, and Revenue Managers to develop annual business plans for clients.
  • Contribute to monthly Group Marketing Reports by compiling integrated data and performance metrics.
Key Qualifications
  • A third-level qualification in Marketing.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
