Stock Management Specialist

At a dynamic organization, we seek an organized and detail-oriented Stock Management Specialist to join our Purchasing Department. This critical role ensures accurate data management, effective inventory tracking, and seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate input and maintenance of stock-related data in internal systems.
  • Update the purchase tracker daily to reflect current inventory and purchase status.
  • Record and make accessible all key details regarding stock.
  • Verify pricing information to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management, including reports on inventory levels, purchases, and other relevant metrics.
  • Download and organize supplier invoices, update trackers, and ensure accurate matching of information.
  • Support operational needs by working closely with Sales, Service, and other departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or strong administrative background.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
