We are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide assurance that internal controls within the group are effective in minimising risk and exposures to acceptable levels and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
The role involves evaluating and assessing business processes and objectives to determine key controls and risks. You will possess a strong understanding of business risks, demonstrate past execution and delivery of an annual group-wide risk assessment program, design audit tests, and prepare audit programmes based on the assessment of controls, risks, and exposures.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Big 4 trained Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in an internal/external audit capacity, ideally with FMCG clients
- A problem-solving aptitude and open to international travel, circa 40%
