About This Role

As an assurance professional, you will contribute to delivering high-impact audits, working closely with team members. Collaborating with other audit professionals, you will develop an understanding of the business and its risks. You will be involved in all stages of the audit – from planning to reporting.

Your Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to gain experience and apply innovative audit approaches, leveraging data analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI skills. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Exceptional Audit Delivery: Support the delivery of the audit plan by completing assigned audit work of exceptional quality, on time and with impact. Leverage data analytics and GenAI, assess IT fundamentals throughout the audit process.
  • Insightful Reporting: Contribute to drafting impactful issue summaries.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.
  • Fostering a Learning Culture: Take an active role in your development in business technical, new world, and human skills, actively applying a growth and learning mindset.
  • Enhancing New World Skills: Actively enhance your new world skills: data, IT and GenAI. Recognize their importance in delivering optimal audit outcomes and future-proofing your skillsets.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate throughout audits with all levels to achieve the best possible outcomes on audit.
  • Ethics and Integrity: Uphold and model the highest standards on ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Your Qualifications

You will need:

  • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree, or relevant qualification [e.g., chartered accountant, CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent, MBA or equivalent].
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, e.g. within Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance. Preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry.
  • Experience within complex, fast moving and international organizations preferred.
  • Basic understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks preferred.
  • Basic understanding of insurance preferred.
  • Experience and basic understanding of new world skills (DA, ITGC and GenAI) preferred.
  • Basic project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver assigned activities on time.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to continue to grow yourself.
