Market Risk Assurance Role

Citi's Internal Audit department is seeking a skilled Market Risk Auditor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization, leveraging your expertise in analysis, problem-solving, and communication to drive business growth.

As a Senior Auditor in the Markets division, you will be responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments. Your primary objective will be to utilize your subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of new techniques and processes for the area or function.

This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and audit methodologies. If you have a passion for market risk assurance and a desire to make a meaningful impact, this role may be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments.
  • Develop and implement new techniques and processes for the area or function.
  • Contribute to the development of audit plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements:


You must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration. Professional certifications, such as the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), are highly desirable.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in market risk assurance, auditing, or a related field is required. You should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
