Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to review, challenge and provide feedback on process, training, and communications.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of regulatory requirements including Central Bank of Ireland Codes, Moneylending Regulations, CCR and GDPR Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Risk Assurance metrics in collaboration with the organisation's Risk Partner.
  • Manage highly sensitive information relating to SDI and partner organisations.
  • Complete detailed Quality Assurance across several areas of the business.
  • Provide direct feedback to Team Managers and escalate to Customer Care Manager where necessary.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • A good working knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations.
  • Prior experience of Quality Assurance within a financial services environment is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
