Medical Device Process Developer

We are looking for a skilled Process Development Engineer II to join our team in the Cardiac Ablation Solutions department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing new processes that drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, with experience in process development and implementation. They will be able to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will actively participate in all areas of new product development, including design, technology development, automation, vendor management, and project management. You will use Design, Reliability & Manufacturability methodology (DRM), 3-D drawing/printing, and Augmented reality to develop best-in-class technologies for the manufacture of our new medical device product ranges.
Key skills and qualifications include a third-level degree or higher in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, with a minimum of two years relevant direct Science/Engineering experience within a medical device environment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
