As a key member of our engineering team, you will support pharma operations in line with all safety and regulatory requirements.

You will participate in design and process project conversations to ensure reliability by design is built in prior to equipment arrival.

Owning and preparing preventative and predictive maintenance for new pharma equipment being installed and approving these procedures on Maximo.

Completing and documenting PM's and p DM's on manufacturing equipment into Maximo.

Owning and ensuring commissioning spare parts are received and cataloged in Maximo.

Owning and ensuring critical spare parts are identified and once received, catalogued in Maximo.

Participating actively in Factory Acceptance testing, Site Acceptance Testing and commissioning and qualification of equipment.

Reviewing and approving process-related commissioning, qualification and validation protocols for completeness and accuracy.

Executing protocols in a timely manner to meet the project schedule requirements.

Reviewing and approving process flow diagrams (PFDs), specifications, layouts and P&IDs.

Ensuring proactive high-performance day-to-day preventative and demand maintenance activity to maintain manufacturing and utility equipment.

Liasing with operations, quality and technical operations to ensure equipment and process performance is maximized.

Maintaining records and documentation on relevant Engineering Procedures and preventative/demand maintenance.

Liasing with Internal/External Engineering Personnel and contract maintenance providers to maintain troubleshooting and installing/commissioning equipment.

Completing instrument calibration as per schedule.

Taking ownership of the site's Predictive Maintenance program through managing and developing outsourced condition monitoring contracts, implementing recommendations and tracking to closure.

Implementing equipment/process upgrades in an environment of continuous improvement.

Supporting the Production Team to ensure manufacturing equipment meets output and yield requirements.

Adhering to all relevant policies relating to Quality and Safety.

Ensuring successful external inspections and Division and Corporate audits.

Supervising external contractors.
