Job Description: We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to fill the position of Entry Level Solicitor. As a solicitor, you will play a key role in supporting our litigation team in debt recovery proceedings, drafting legal documents, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in debt collection, litigation, and customer service. You will work closely with our experienced solicitors to prepare and serve legal documents, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and serving legal documents, including District Circuit and High Court proceedings;
  • Preparing and filing statutory declarations and affidavits of service;
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries and provide updates;
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental targets and improve process efficiency;
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of debt collection procedures and best practices;
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to debt recovery;

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in debt recovery or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools;
