Job Opportunity:

A Site Operations Manager is required to oversee the delivery of construction projects. The successful candidate will lead on-site engineering and technical operations, working closely with the Consultant Engineer & Design team to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day on-site engineering works in accordance with the construction programme and technical drawings.
  • Act as the primary technical adviser on site for specialist subcontractors.
  • Coordinate between subcontractors, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and delivery of works.
  • Oversee connections to Uisce ireann, including completion of work, compliance with Code of Practice and Standard Details, testing, inspections, preparation of QA Folders, and completion of work necessary for issue of Conformance Certs and Completion Certs.
  • Manage ESB connections, including completion of work in accordance with ESB Networks standards and guidelines, scheduling inspections and connections.
  • Coordinate with Eir / Virgin Media / Siro installations and connections.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
