Strategic Transformation Leader

This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of transformation initiatives. The individual will partner with stakeholders to design and deliver strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring they drive growth and long-term success.
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure all transformation initiatives are underpinned by rigorous financial analysis and cost efficiency.
  • Drive and oversee strategic change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business KPIs and use this insight to guide transformation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency through financial benchmarking and best practice implementation.
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen, including expertise in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies, with qualification and/or implementation experience.
  • Advanced project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of driving successful organizational change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Language proficiency: English (essential).
