About the Position:

We are seeking an accomplished HR Generalist to take charge of our company's human resources function. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to management and staff on HR matters, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Mange the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Support employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation in line with GDPR and company policies.
  • Assist with HR reporting, metrics, and audits.
  • Partner with management to drive employee engagement and support training & development initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, wellbeing initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards where relevant.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
  • A relevant HR qualification or CIPD certification.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems an advantage.
