Job Title: Marine Superintendent
Description:We are seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent to oversee the management of offshore vessels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, while also driving operational efficiency through the implementation of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining marine policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Supporting engineering modifications to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and equipment.
Conducting incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance, including ISM/SMS.
Ideal candidates will be qualified Master Mariners or experienced Marine Superintendents with a strong background in managing offshore vessels. A good understanding of DP vessel operations and experience working in the Oil & Gas sector is desirable. Strong English communication skills are essential, and Spanish proficiency is an advantage. Applicants must have EEA work rights.
