Marine Operations Lead

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing marine policies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Providing support for engineering modifications to improve vessel performance
  • Leading incident investigations to prevent future occurrences
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance with relevant authorities

Ideal Candidates:

Qualified Master Mariners or experienced Marine Superintendents with DP vessel and offshore/Oil & Gas sector experience are preferred. Strong English communication skills are essential, and Spanish proficiency is advantageous. Applicants must have EEA work rights.
