OTC Sales Assistant Role Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position available in our pharmacy. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing OTC sales through link selling and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales and retail pharmacy, with previous OTC sales and customer service experience an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with customers and team members, and provide high-quality advice and assistance. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to work on your own initiative, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase OTC sales through effective link selling strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on all store products.
  • Engage actively with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain product knowledge.
  • Perform till duties efficiently.
