Job Opportunity in Ambulatory and Sports Medicine

This role is responsible for implementing the Cúram Electronic Health Record system across UPMC Ireland, focusing on ambulatory and sports medicine-related applications. The ideal candidate will assist with configuration, testing, and validation of these applications to ensure seamless integration with existing or planned enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for ambulatory and sports medicine-related functions in MEDITECH Expanse, including the Ambulatory module and supporting capabilities.
  • Assist in designing and validating ambulatory and sports medicine workflows within MEDITECH Expanse and associated applications.
  • Review and provide feedback on system functionality related to ambulatory and sports medicine processes.
  • Support the integration of ambulatory and sports medicine workflows with financial processes to ensure clinical/financial integrity and compliance with quality requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clinical degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in ambulatory and sports medicine care settings.
  • Registration in good standing with appropriate professional college or regulatory body, if applicable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an ambulatory or sports medicine care setting.
  • Familiarity with outpatient workflows, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary care models.
