Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer to join their team. This senior leadership role requires strategic thinking and a strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Develop comprehensive risk management processes and strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, mitigation, and reporting on financial, operational, and strategic risks.
- Oversee Solvency and Financial Condition Report, Regular Supervisory Report, and Pillar III capital-related reporting.
- Foster a risk-aware culture through training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate risk management with overall corporate strategy.
- Present risk reports and progress updates to senior management and the board of directors.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in risk management within the Insurance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven stakeholder management to meet diverse needs while collaborating to resolve complex issues.
Candidates should have either currently held or previously held a PCF-14 certification.
