Seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers and receive stock in a secure, controlled manner to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure payroll and rosters are completed for the department as required, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Implement effective stock control measures, rotating stock and maintaining optimal levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Maximize revenue through strategic sales initiatives, setting objectives and targets to drive beverage unit performance.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising customer experience, ensuring efficient purchasing practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel and hospitality management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

You will have a deep understanding of hotel operations, including leadership, customer service, and team development. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
