Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant.

Responsibilities:
  • To deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and serving guests with a positive and gracious demeanor, adhering to quality and professionalism standards.
  • To take pride in all aspects of service, including quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet.
  • To ensure seamless operations by taking responsibility for both opening and closing the outlet.
  • To maintain clear and concise communication with the kitchen team and provide responsible service of alcohol.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to honour all work-related requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
  • Ability to operate point of sale equipment efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4-5* property, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to work weekday and weekend shifts.
